[Bonsai]
The Japanese contemplative art of cultivating and shaping miniature trees, derived from the Chinese art of penjing, more broadly cultivating landscapes, including trees and other plants in miniature.
Slowing down mental health and wellness
The art of bonsai is a patient and careful process of cultivation, pruning, and care, with a focus on imperfection and asymmetry. When well maintained, bonsai trees can reach decades and even upwards of 100+ years old.
At Bonsai Grove, we believe steady attention and care builds resilience in our mental health and wellness in the same way.

Who We Are + Who We Serve
It’s all about where you are now and where you want to go.
At Bonsai Grove, we believe in the messiness of humanity and that we’re always learning and growing. Like the art of bonsai, sometimes that means we’re leaning or branching into directions we don’t want to be and just need a little bit of help and redirection to continue to cultivate the lives we want. That’s where we come in.
We come alongside clients to facilitate and help guide you and your growth back onto the path you want to be on. Perhaps there are some relational patterns or thought processes that have gotten a little out of control and need some pruning back. We can help with that.
Maybe there are some areas in life, whether relationally, emotionally, or internally, that have felt a bit stunted and need some love and care in order to continue growing and thriving. We can help with that too.
Our mission is to use our skills and expertise to help you achieve the growth you’re looking for. That’s us.
Bonsai Grove is for clients who are maybe just a little bit restless and ready to be pushed outside their comfort zone into that season of growth. Our clients are ardent learners who are looking for someone to stretch them, who are looking for someone to accompany them on their journey towards growth and thriving.
If that’s you, drop us a note! We would love to help you achieve your goals.
An Important Notice
As you consider Bonsai Grove to assist with your mental health needs, please note that we are a small, local practice that may not be a good fit for you if you experience active suicidal ideation, hallucinations, delusions, or require crisis support.
In cases of crisis or emergency, we direct you to 911 and 988 services, as well as your local county crisis lines to further assist you and triage your care.
Good Faith Estimate
Beginning January 1, 2022, if you are uninsured or pay for healthcare costs directly without submitting claims to a healthcare plan, healthcare providers and facilities must provide you with an estimate of expected charges prior to provision of service.
This is a Good Faith Estimate as part of the No Surprises Act. Providers and facilities must provide a Good Faith Estimate upon request or after you have scheduled a service. It should include expected charges for the primary service you receive and any other items or services provided as part of the same scheduled experience. The provider or facility you contact for a Good Faith Estimate must provide a list of all items and services associated with your care. Your provider will discuss rates during your initial consultation and provide an estimate of fees verbally and follow up with written notice.
